Abstract Submission
Acceptance of papers is based on the full paper submission. However, prospective authors should submit a short abstract in advance in order to check if the proposed topic fits within the scope of the conference.

The abstract submission deadline is 2 December 2024.
Authors will be notified about the suitability of their contribution by 13 December 2024 and if appropriate will be invited to prepare a full paper for submission by 17 March 2025.

The manuscripts will be subject to independent review by members of the Scientific Committee. All contributions will be checked for thematic suitability to mini-symposia topics and in case of conformity are allocated appropriately.
After the review process, authors will receive the notification of full paper acceptance by 20 May 2023 where selected papers will be invited for presentation at the conference. In accordance with the author, accepted papers can be published in the conference proceedings in a Journal. More details coming soon.
